Griffin’s ran a nationwide prize draw competition. Working with our friends at the creative commerce agency Multiplied, we built the microsite and admin portal for the promotion.

About the project

Griffin’s, the biscuit bakers loved throughout New Zealand, was looking to run a “Be in to win a bite of $10,000” promotion. Running across NZ’s Countdown/Woolies stores, customers buying 2 packs of Griffin's biscuits were able to enter the promotion from July to August 2023. Varying prizes, from forty $250 cash prizes and Bikkie Boxes were up for grabs. The customer simply entered their contact information and proof of purchase.

What we did

This was a collaborative project; our friends at the creative agency Multiplied managed the promotion and we supported the technical delivery of the website. We developed a microsite, using the promotions’ artwork and matching the styling of the Griffin’s brand on a bespoke promotion domain.

Some of the technical specs for the microsite included a receipt upload, contact information fields, and a simple opt-in to receive future marketing. To make the promotion more exciting, the prize draws were staggered to ensure all entrants had the opportunity to win across the promotional period. To enable this, the microsite functionality included probability and randomiser controls.
