Foster Group is a well-known property development, construction, and maintenance company with a highly mobile workforce of over 180 staff spread across offices and construction sites. Their on-premise IT infrastructure was struggling to keep up, creating significant challenges with document access, security, and team collaboration. The cost and complexity of the existing IT stack were growing, and with their server contract nearing its end, they needed a modern solution that could provide reliable "work from anywhere" capabilities.

    Based on the insights from the discovery phase, we planned and executed a seamless migration to Microsoft 365. This provided a secure and reliable cloud foundation. We specifically focused on deploying and configuring Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to address their core challenge of collaboration, creating a central hub for communication and file sharing that was accessible from any device, anywhere.

    Technology is only as good as the team using it. We provided a hands-on change management plan to ensure successful user adoption. This was centred around a "train the trainer" model, where we worked closely with representatives from each business unit, providing them with the resources to champion the new tools and support their colleagues through the transition.

  • The Dynamo6 support team were excellent in supporting our staff last week and supporting us working remotely. Everyone was calm, diligent and super helpful. You would have thought that nothing unusual is happening and it's just another day at Dynamo6. This, in turn, has assisted us in continuing to work well remotely during this time.
