Seamless support at your fingertips

Our Support Desk services are delivered remotely. You can raise any issues via email or telephone, and your queries are managed through our Service Management Platform, supporting efficient triage and response. Our standard Business Hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, offering coverage for your organisation’s core working hours.

Predictable monthly investment

Our Managed Support offers a predictable monthly investment, with a recommended minimum price tailored to your environment. This fixed-fee Monthly Retainer provides consistent coverage for your day-to-day IT needs, including Level 1 and 2 support, and direct access to our Level 3 experts for more complex issues.

Optional upgrades

  • On-site Support: A scheduled visit from an on-site technician or engineer for your in-person support needs.

  • Extended Hours: Additional coverage, from 7am to 9pm, via telephone for issues and activities performed outside our standard Business Hours.

  • 24/7 Support: Always-on coverage, including Public Holidays, Regional Anniversaries, and weekends.

Transparency and control

Gain complete visibility into your organisation’s usage through our Client Portal. Here, you can review your organisation’s support tickets and conveniently view and download your invoices. To keep you informed, we provide automated notifications as your Monthly Retainer approaches and reaches its limit, ensuring you’re always in the know.
