Igor Matich is the Founder and Executive Director of Dynamo6 with a technical leadership career in IT spanning over two decades. Igor has cultivated deep expertise in managing IT operations, cloud platforms, digital strategy, and software development. He provides strategic leadership to the Dynamo6 team, guiding the company in its mission to deliver innovative and impactful technology solutions. His early and enthusiastic adoption of global cloud platforms has been a driving force behind the company's success.

Born and raised in Croatia, Igor’s passion for technology and solving problems was inspired by his father, a computer programmer. When he was a teenager Igor and his family immigrated to New Zealand following the Yugoslav war in the 90s. An experience that has profoundly shaped his resilient and forward-thinking leadership style. Before founding Dynamo6 in 2012, Igor held senior technical and leadership roles at various technology services companies.

When he isn't immersed in the world of technology, Igor is a dedicated family man with four children and a passionate football fan, a love for the sport that has been with him since his childhood. His vision for Dynamo6 was to create a company that not only adapts to the constant changes in technology but thrives on digital disruption, enabling customers to keep succeeding in the digital world.

Darin brings over two decades of technology leadership and program management experience to Dynamo6, with a passion for driving digital transformation and software development. His extensive background spans business analysis, software development, security, and architecture.

Before joining Dynamo6, Darin held senior roles at organisations like Illion (formerly TalkingTech), where he oversaw software development and service delivery for global clients including HSBC, Vodafone UK, and O2 UK. He has been instrumental in digital transformation initiatives, such as establishing a cloud centre of excellence at Callaghan Innovation, and developing strategies to improve resource allocation, security, and operational governance.

Outside of work, Darin is a motorbike enthusiast who also enjoys DIY projects.

Korrin is a true believer in technology's ability to transform lives, a conviction that fuels her passion for the AI revolution. With over two decades of IT expertise, she understands that a successful adoption of technology (including AI) isn't just a tech project; it's a people project. Her true superpower lies in navigating the human side of this monumental change.

He uses a deeply curious and consultative approach to ask the right questions, ensuring that technology is applied with purpose to unlock measurable gains in productivity, efficiency, and growth. His strategic viewpoint is built on a decade of experience across the telecommunications, AI, software, and cybersecurity sectors.

Strong academic and professional credentials complement this practical knowledge; Travis holds sales credentials for Palo Alto SASE and Google Cloud SecOps and is currently completing his MBA at the University of Otago.

Outside of work, Travis enjoys golfing, good food, and spending time with his family. He is also an active member of TUANZ, the Technology Users Association of New Zealand.

Amanda brings precision to her role as Finance and People Director at Dynamo6, ensuring accurate billing and overseeing all things finance and looking after our people. Amanda is the one who keeps things running behind the scenes, looking after our people and finances.

She previously worked as a police officer and, in her free time, worked as a bookkeeper and accountant. She has a flair for numbers.

Outside of the office, Amanda is usually found coaching sports for her children or training for marathons. Talk to her about football; Manchester United is her team.

Helaman empowers Dynamo6 clients to achieve strategic goals by optimising technology across digital transformation initiatives. With over two decades of IT experience, including a decade leading digital transformation at Tainui Group Holdings, he delivers practical solutions in IT operations, cybersecurity, technology governance, strategic planning, and technology adoption.

His extensive track record includes overseeing large-scale transformation projects such as a cloud-based tribal register, a SAP Dynamics 365 migration, and developing cybersecurity strategies. As a respected leader in the Māori IT sector, Helaman champions culturally grounded approaches that enhance digital capability, protect data sovereignty, and support the aspirations of whānau, hapū, and iwi.

With over a decade of experience in project management, Michelle thrives on the challenge of managing complex projects and gets immense satisfaction from turning chaos into order. She has a proven track record of delivering successful projects for leading businesses, including TSB Bank, Griffin’s Food, Peugeot, Stuff, University of Auckland, InternetNZ, and Kiwi Property.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Michelle running on the trails. She brings the same mindset to her projects as she does to her running: a focus on adaptability, breaking down a long journey into manageable steps, and keeping the finish line in sight.

Geoff is an organisational mastermind who ensures the successful delivery and embedding of projects at Dynamo6. With over 15 years of experience in project management, he has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise solutions for organisations across both public and private sectors.

Certifications in PRINCE2® and ICAgile back his expertise, and he is PMI trained, equipping him to lead projects of any scale. Geoff's experience includes successfully implementing solutions for clients such as Wintec, Healthshare, Callaghan Innovation, Sky, and the University of Auckland, ensuring their successful implementation and ongoing support. He excels at collaborating with diverse stakeholders, from board members to technical and business unit leaders, to achieve successful outcomes and smooth project delivery.

Outside of work, Geoff is a keen cyclist and a car enthusiast.

Darren supports our clients' cloud operations and leads the Managed Support team, bringing over 20 years of experience in IT, with the last decade spent at Dynamo6. His career includes significant time as a systems engineer in large enterprises, giving him a deep understanding of cloud technologies and systems engineering.

Darren provides senior cloud operations experience and advisory services. He is highly certified across multiple key vendors, holding qualifications that include Google Workspace Deployment Specialist and Professional Administrator, Professional ChromeOS and Chrome Enterprise Administrator, CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator, Netskope Cloud Security Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, and Cisco Meraki Network Associate. Darren is committed to providing expert guidance and support to our clients, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results that ensure seamless cloud operations and maximise the value of our clients' technology investments.

As Strategic Advisor for Dynamo6, Chris Joblin brings a wealth of leadership experience honed during his highly successful tenure as CEO of Tainui Group Holdings. Under his leadership, TGH achieved nearly $1 billion in asset growth and delivered signature projects that have shaped the Waikato region.

Recognised for his intent-based leadership and the creation of a high-performance culture, Chris was named CEO of the Year in 2021 and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants ANZ. At Dynamo6, he applies this extensive experience to provide invaluable guidance across our business operations, governance, and long-term growth strategy.

Pete helps clients transform organisations with digital solutions from early scoping and analysis through to successful project delivery. He thrives at leading customers through the journey of building systems that work great and solve complex problems.

Pete has a background in business analysis and account management. He’s worked in numerous digital agencies, delivering projects for over a decade. He studied technology for his undergraduate degree and has certifications in Agile Project Management and Business Systems Analysis.

He has worked with many of our great customers, including Fisher & Paykel, Wintec, Hamilton City Council and Callaghan Innovation.

Andy is Dynamo6's Principal Cloud Architect, a "general fixer and solution finder" who excels at making all aspects of cloud computing work seamlessly together. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, he specialises in cloud architecture and engineering, holding an impressive array of certifications from Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft.

Andy has spent the last 12 years deeply involved with Google Cloud, and he is one of New Zealand's most certified Google Cloud professionals, with certifications including Cloud Security Engineer, Cloud Architect, Cloud Network Engineer, Cloud Developer, Collaboration Engineer, and Data Engineer. His previous credentials also include AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Solutions Expert, and Cisco Meraki Networking Associate (CMNA).

He has a proven track record of delivering complex cloud solutions for a diverse range of organisations, such as Callaghan Innovation, Auckland University, One NZ, Sky, Tainui Group Holdings, and the Government of Tuvalu. Known for his proactive and enablement approach, Andy is instrumental in client upskilling and cloud enablement, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and cost-effective through his expertise in cloud security, networking, and data engineering.

Rochelle helps our clients get more from their technology. Having joined Dynamo6 in January 2023, she quickly demonstrated her skills in team leadership within the Support Desk, where she previously helped resolve tech problems for customers. This experience, combined with her background in IT and customer service, will support her approach in her new role as Account Manager, where she is perfectly positioned to provide not just solutions, but proactive and empathetic support.

Before joining the team at Dynamo6, Rochelle provided IT support to schools within the Waikato Region, gaining valuable technical experience. She also developed strong leadership and operational skills during her time as a duty manager at HOYTS Cinema, whilst studying for her Bachelor's Degree, giving her a well-rounded perspective on managing both people and operations. Outside of work, Rochelle is an avid traveller, recently completing a European tour and a Canadian Summer trip, and is always up for the next adventure!

Jason is a talented cloud engineer. He brings a fresh perspective to our tech projects and is keenly interested in security and operational excellence. His professional background includes working in financial technology services, where he ensured compliance with PCI DSS and GDPR.

His many years of experience have seen him work across cloud, network, and operations roles. From the early days on the service desk, Jason transitioned quickly into network and systems administration, and then led both teams and IT and network operations for over 10 years.

In previous roles, Jason was certified as an AWS solutions architect. He is certified as a CrowdStrike Falcon administrator and also holds credentials as a Cloud Security Specialist with Netskope.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys Formula 1, running, and cricket whenever there’s time. Together, he and his wife are kept quite busy with their three young boys.

Mark is usually deep in the matrix, but what sets him apart is a creative flair that transforms his work from functional to exceptional. A skilled artist, writer, and drummer, he doesn't just write code; he crafts solutions with an architectural mindset and an artist's eye for detail. This creativity gives our projects a unique edge. Mark’s unique approach is built on a rock-solid foundation of over 24 years in software development. With a degree in physics, Mark brings a rigorous, logical approach to everything he builds, from complex websites and API configurations to awesome, intuitive data dashboards. Proficient in an impressive array of coding languages, he worked in the UK before making the leap to New Zealand and joining Dynamo6 as a full-stack developer.

Meet Zoe-Louise (Z-L), Dynamo6's Marketing Director, the driving force behind our strategic marketing and execution. She's passionate about translating complex ideas into compelling content and campaigns, overseeing everything from digital ads to impactful events.

Drawing on 12 years of diverse experience in UK FinTech and professional services – spanning product, marketing, and research – she excels at creating persuasive communications and managing impactful campaigns and events.

A keen advocate for data-driven insights, Zoe-Louise integrates her passion for behavioural economics and consumer psychology, underpinned by a Mini MBA in Brand Management and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English Literature and History.

Off duty, Z-L will be exploring New Zealand, often found kayaking or exploring its stunning landscapes.

Gavyn builds websites and mobile apps. He is possibly the most positive person you will meet.

Gavyn studied for his bachelor's degree in Information Science, and he’s worked in development for over 20 years. His roles have included web and app development for various local agencies. He also previously worked his development magic for a medical school and a telecoms company.

He specialises in CMS, e-commerce, and mobile app development. He has an eye for detail on the front end, with the technical skills to translate complex design concepts into a technical reality. You may have come across his work with the Te Aka Māori dictionary.

Outside work, Gavyn runs, plays various musical instruments, and goes on adventures with his family.

Julia helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She brings a wealth of experience, having previously worked in IT project management and financial roles.

But beyond her impressive professional background, Julia brings a vibrant personality to Dynamo6. When she's not ensuring our accounts are running smoothly, Julia manages our tackling software licence renewals and hardware procurement, including Google Meet and Meraki, as well as JumpCloud and CrowdStrike.

Outside the office, Julia embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying the outdoors and sports and whipping up culinary delights for loved ones. Her passion extends beyond the kitchen, and she dedicates time to giving back to the community.

Mitch is a modern workplace engineer specialising in Google Workspace and ChromeOS, as well as the cloud tools that surround these ecosystems, such as device management solutions. He guides clients through seamless cloud migrations and modernisations. Mitch also provides best practice reviews, with a focus on enhancing security and functionality. Certifications across Google Workspace, Chrome, ChromeOS, and JumpCloud back his expertise.

Outside of work, Mitch enjoys outdoor adventures - usually the motorised type, tackling home renovations, and restoring, or rather, collecting the odd motorbike and jetski.

A true homegrown talent, Ryan began his professional career with Dynamo6 as a Cloud Support Specialist right after completing his degree. Honing his skills on the front lines, solving client issues, his passion for constant improvement and a friendly, motivated work ethic quickly drove his progression into a Cloud Engineer role.

Today, he handles a mix of new projects and advanced support, bringing a valuable frontline perspective to his engineering work. This hands-on experience is backed by a Bachelor's degree in IT networking and an impressive array of certifications across Google Workspace, ChromeOS, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Netskope, and Jumpcloud.

Driven by a deep interest in evolving technology, Ryan is always eager to find the best possible solution for every client challenge.

Brooke builds and tests our software, hunting for bugs and helping to ensure things meet user requirements. His approach blends structured testing with creative problem-solving, and he thrives on catching issues before they reach the user.

Brooke holds an ISTQB Foundation certification and a background in Computer Science. Initially, he joined us as a Support Engineer, solving technical issues and maintaining infrastructure. That experience gave him a strong understanding of user needs—something he now brings into every test case and bug report.

Away from the office, you’ll find him on the golf course, playing volleyball, or travelling with his family.

Izzudin brings an effective, reliable, and productive approach to his role as an Application Developer at Dynamo6. He has a deep appreciation for systems and processes that enhance both the ease and efficiency of daily life, which is what excites him most about the technology industry.

In his role, Izzudin is involved in application development, integration, and frontend work. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and has been working as a developer since 2018.

With a passion for the creative process and a knack for big-picture thinking, Penny brings a unique blend of strategic and artistic expertise to her work. She earned a Bachelor of Media Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Advertising Creativity, which she has applied across diverse roles in direct marketing, graphic design, and brand consulting. Dedicated to continuous growth, Penny is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, progressively building on her knowledge base. Outside of her professional pursuits, she expertly juggles the demands of raising four children and the rewarding hobby of growing cut flowers.

Kalham leads our Service Desk team, providing day-to-day leadership and technical expertise to ensure clients receive prompt and effective support. Starting his Dynamo6 journey as a Cloud Support Specialist, his hunger to learn and strong technical skill set led to his natural progression into the team lead role. He is passionate about developing the team's skills and acts as the primary trainer for new specialists, while also managing client feedback and delivering monthly service reports to ensure service excellence.

His expertise lies in providing top-tier remote and onsite support, consistently earning positive feedback for his ability to resolve tough technical challenges while delivering excellent customer service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Waikato and is a certified Google Professional Workspace Administrator.

Outside of work, Kalham is a passionate basketball player and fan who follows the NBA closely—and at 6'9", he has the natural advantage. He is also very close with his family and enjoys travelling to see them whenever he can.

Lachlan is a Cloud Support Specialist at Dynamo6, bringing a smile to the office and helping solve client support tickets. He is excited by the technology industry's vast impact on the world and the extensive opportunities it presents. In his role, Lachlan focuses on efficiently solving client support tickets.

This marks his first role in the IT sector, following a career path that saw him progress from working in a fast-food restaurant to managing a store, before transitioning into studies and part-time work.

Lachlan's life outside of work is a dynamic mix of sports, gaming, and friendship. He's often found on the football pitch, golf course, or at the gym, and when he's not playing, he's cheering on Tottenham Hotspur. For his downtime, he enjoys a good gaming session with the lads or rewatching the epic The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
