We’re super excited to officially be listed on the NZ government’s Marketplace as a Cloud Transition Services provider. We can’t wait to provide help and enablement directly to more government agencies, moving them towards a cloud-future.
Dynamo6 is now an officially approved Cloud Transition Services provider on the Department of Internal Affairs’ (DIA) Marketplace. The DIA’s Marketplace is an online portal making product and service procurement easier for New Zealand’s government agencies.
what’s the Marketplace?
The Marketplace is open to all agencies in the New Zealand public sector. The new Marketplace service offers considerable benefits from traditional procurement as it streamlines processes therefore reducing time, costs and complexity for both parties. It allows government organisations to view, compare and buy products and services all from the one place.
getting things done faster and easier
Ultimately working with a Marketplace approved provider will save each public sector agency time and money with its procurement process. It makes it easy for the agency to compare services, adheres to government sourcing rules, and there is just a single registration process to join. To quote the Marketplace’s description, it is “making it easier for agencies to access innovation.”

Moreover, working with a pre-approved partner listed on the Marketplace adds a level of confidence and delivery assurance to the agency. Suppliers go through a rigorous application process, followed by an assessment and due diligence process. Part of this confirms the supplier's experience and capability to deliver their services.
a natural progression
Dynamo6’s government Marketplace application and approval came about after delivering a large Google Workspace migration project with NZ’s innovation agency, Callaghan Innovation, as well as its years of demonstrable work delivering AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft solutions with other public and private sector organisations across New Zealand.
