Here's some information about how we are adjusting our operating processes to keep our team and you safe during the various COVID-19 alert levels.

 

alert levels 4 & 3

visiting our office

  • The office is closed. The team is working from home.

meetings and contacting us

  • For any scheduled meetings, video conferencing options will be used instead.
  • You can reach us via email or telephone as usual.

managed IT support

  • The team is working as normal, available 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday on 0800 396 2666.
  • Scheduled onsite support will not be available at this time. We’ll be in touch to reschedule things.
  • Emergency onsite support could be arranged for things that are business-critical. Get in touch with us to discuss this - support@dynamo6.com.

alert level 2

visiting our office

  • The office is open and the majority of our team are working from the office but we’re discouraging drop-in visits.

meetings and contacting us

  • If you have an in-person scheduled meeting with us and you’re from an alert level 2 area, come on in! Remember to sign in via the contact tracer app and bring a mask.
  • If we’re visiting you, we might confirm it’s safe and wear a mask. Video conferencing is also available.
  • You can reach us via email or telephone as usual.

managed IT support

  • The team is working as normal, available 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Scheduled onsite support is available for regions in alert level 2. We might confirm it’s safe and wear a mask. If you’d prefer we reschedule, please let us know.

alert level 1

visiting our office

  • The office is open as normal. Just remember to sign in via the contact tracer app if you do pop in.

meetings and contacting us

  • If you have an in-person scheduled meeting with us and you’re from an alert level 1 area too, it’s all good to come on in. Remember to sign in via the contact tracer app.
  • Our planned visits to you will take place as normal, providing you’re in a level 1 region too.
  • You can reach us via email or telephone as usual.

managed IT support

  • The team is working as normal, available 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Scheduled onsite support will take place as normal, providing you're in a level 1 region.
