about the role

We're looking to hire a finance administrator in a full-time opportunity. This role reports to the People and Finance Director and will be key in helping us to keep contracts, reporting, and invoices ship-shape.

Overall, we’re looking for someone who is eagle-eyed, good with numbers and is keen to get stuck in.

the role's responsibilities:

  • Commercial contract management 
  • Preparing and reviewing client quotes 
  • Procurement of third party products and services quotes
  • Supporting with invoicing 
  • Assisting with management reporting
  • Supporting the sales team with commercials
  • Assisting with general office administration duties
  • Supporting with our day to day professional service operations and related systems administration
  • Other duties as required from time to time



This role will be based at our central Hamilton office.

We’re looking for someone who is willing to lend a hand, gets things done and also works with a very high level of accuracy.

Overall, we’re looking for a candidate that:

  • Is self-motivated and autonomous
  • Has an eagerness to help out wherever necessary
  • Has meticulous attention to detail and is very organised
  • Has excellent analytical and numeracy skills
  • Possesses a friendly and professional manner
  • Has the ability to communicate easily with a wide range of people


skills and experience

We’re also looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in finance/accounts
  • A sound understanding of finance
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Proficient with Xero
  • Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience in a professional services environment would be beneficial


  • The right to live and work in New Zealand
  • A drivers license
  • Able and willing to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination status or medical exemption
